LittleStitch Items in Action!

Today's LittleStitch Items in Action comes from a little family that means more to me than anything in this world!  Meet my sweet Sister, Shannon, and my gorgeous 6-month-old niece, Caroline (Shannon's also the Momma of our sweet Wilbur of The Wilbur eBook Cover):

Aren't they the prettiest two gals you've ever seen?  I just love them so much!  For Christmas, I made my Sis a custom version of The Ramsey Pouf, using a similar fabric but with darker tones.  I thought she'd enjoy a cozy spot for her hiney when she's on the floor playing with her sweet Caroline. :)  Well, I didn't plan this out very well- what I should have done is made THREE of The Ramsey Poufs, so that she'd actually get to enjoy using one!  It seems her sweet kids have become quite the Ramsey Pouf hogs:

Yes, between those two snuggle machines, Momma's not getting much time to enjoy the pouf for herself.  But I sure am glad The Ramsey Pouf is cozy enough for people & pups of all ages!  (Meanwhile, it won't be hard to pick something to stitch up for Caroline's birthday this year!)

Have a great day!

Feedback Friday

Woohoo, the weekend is so close I can smell it!  Or taste it?  How does that quote go again??  Wow, somebody is really ready for the weekend...

Anyway, I wanted to share some sweet feedback we received last week in the Shop.  As we mentioned before, we don't expect to get feedback from every customer - but when we do, it's better than cake batter froyo after a long week.  (Oh wait, did I just reveal my Friday night plan?)

Commenter purchased this Wilbur eBook Cover
"My order was filled very quickly and I love this book cover! I wanted something that did not have a velcro closure and that would not add much weight or bulk to my Kindle. The Wilbure eBook cover met all of my requirements, AND it was inexpensive, ready to ship, and in my favorite color! Merry Christmas to me!"

We're so happy she found exactly what she was looking for at LittleStitch!

On another note, for today 40 is our lucky number.  We had our very first sale 40 days ago!  And, as of today, we have had 40 sales!  Cheers to 400 more. :)

Have a great weekend everyone!

2012 New Year Blogging Party!

Since we are new to this blogging thing, I thought it'd be fun to link up to this 2012 New Year Blogging Party gift exchange & link up, hosted by Casey, Danielle, & Alycia!

2012 New Year Blogging Party!

We can't wait to meet our new blogging friend and send them a little something special via snail mail. :)  Check back with us on January 31st when we share the gift exchange!

Fabric Finds

Lately, I've been swooning over any fabric that looks like it was painted with watercolor.  Our JoAnn Fabric & Craft store has many batiks that look like abstract watercolors and I find myself drawn to them every time I walk by.  I even used one on my very own Wilbur eBook Cover (as seen here).  We also have a watercolor-esque printed Wilbur eBook Cover for sale in the shop:

I'm loving these breezy cotton prints from Virginia Johnson:

And last, but not least, this gorgeous Braemore print has me itching to redecorate my entire bedroom:

There's so much fabric inspiration out there!  Thank goodness for Pinterest. :)

New Listings: The Wilbur eBook Cover

Morgan had a day full of stitching not long ago, and now we have several new listings in the shop!

Haha, sorry- that photo makes me laugh every time I see it.  Good ol' Wilbur, aka Bubba.  :)  Look at that happy face.  Don't you get the urge to caption that photo like they do on LoLCats and LoLDogs?

Ok, ok... I'm done.  This time.  Back to the REAL subject of this post (yes, you just got a glimpse into how my brain works whether you wanted to or not- sorry about that!): New Listings of The Wilbur eBook Cover!

Check them out in the Shop.  I still can't decide which one is my favorite.  It might be a tie between the brown polka dots and the turquoise print... if those two got married and had baby eBook covers, those would probably be my favorite.

Oh goodness.  I need to step away from the keyboard before someone gets hurt.

Have a great day, y'all!

New Listings: The Penny Purse

Hello, hello!

After completing a custom order of two of The Penny Purses, we decided to list them in the shop.  A customer fell in love with the fabric on The Ramsey Pouf, and asked if it could be used on a purse.  Yes, of course it can! :)

We decided to make do the accent in mocha, and it turned out pretty cute!  Check her out in the shop!

I also stitched up this sassy number for the same customer, and kept falling more and more in love with it as the stitching went on.  Turquoise, teal, purple, pink, black, green, gray... the accent color possibilities are endless for this!  We can stitch her up in any color you like, so check her out in the shop!

See you tomorrow with new listings of The Wilbur eBook Cover!

P.S.
Shout out to my sis-in-law, Allie: Thank you for sending a new customer to us! <3

LittleStitch Items in Action!

It's a new week, already?  That was one speedy weekend.  I hope everyone had a good one!

As mentioned last week, we are starting to get some feedback back from our amazing LittleStitch customers.  And some have sent us photos of their LittleStitch treasures in action!  (This has made my year- and it's only January 9th!)

First up, we completed a custom order of The Pippa Pillow Covers for a lovely gal named Jessica (one of my high school classmates).  We stitched these up in the sister fabric of The Ramsey Pouf, which features darker tones and more oranges and reds.  Check them out in Jessica's living room:

Super cute, right?  I love the colors with her neutral couch and dark wood tones- a great fabric choice, Jessica!  (Also, I love the chair in the background with the nailhead trim along the bottom!)

Next up is Karen from Art House Stationary.  Karen was our very first out-of-the-blue stranger customer (we'd completed a couple of orders for friends and family members at that point).  We were so excited to stitch up some of The Ramsey Poufs for her!  She purchased these as a Christmas gift for her brother, and check out how well they work in his space:

I love how well the print matches color-wise AND style-wise.  He has a great retro-mod vibe going on in his place, and these are certainly the icing on the cake.  And gosh, I love those curtains.  Karen was an absolute dream to work with!  She was patient through our first shipping problem (remember what I said about the USPS here?), and sent us the sweetest feedback after all was said and done.  Also, check out these precious ink & watercolor custom home portraits she sells in her Etsy shop.  Yes, totally itching to get one done of our first home. :)

We hope to get many more photos of LittleStitch treasures in action to share with you!
Happy Monday,
